On Breakfast Smoothies

So, recently, I’ve been totally addicted to making a breakfast smoothie in the morning, which helps with getting through my morning without getting hungry. I’m learning that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, even though it is not my favorite meal and more often have skipped it. But then I started to make my smoothies and it’s made SUCH a difference in not only what I’ve been eating later on in the day, but how much. I’m just not as hungry, so I’m not snacking or munching as much or as often, which has helped me with trying to be healthier! So with that, here are three breakfast smoothies for you to try on your own! — Cooking Maggie

Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup milk
